Having not seen director ’s The 40-Year Old Virgin, but knowing that it was pretty damn funny, I was pretty excited to go see his latest work, Knocked Up. Boy, I wasn’t disappointed in the slightest.
The movie is a constant laugh-fest right from the get-go. Seth Rogan is hilarious and portrays the nerdy, out-of-work loser to a tee. Katherine Hiegl does an excellent job in the movie, playing off Rogan throughout the movie and making you sympathize with her situation and makes it very believable.
The comedy is VERY adult oriented, and I was shocked to see parents bringing their kids to see the show. We actually sat next to a mom who brought her young teenage daughter, and there were times where she asked her mom what certain things meant. And of course, the obscenities that were being yelled every other sentence was a little over the top, even for a foul-mouthed trucker like me.
All in all, a great hilarious movie to watch… Funniest movie I’ve seen in a while.
This just in: I just found a hilarious extended scene
